Office Assistant
Job Description
Task management: The Assistant will be responsible for managing various tasks assigned by the supervisor. This will include creating schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
Logistics: The Assistant will be responsible for handling logistics related to product delivery, inventory management, and order execution.
General operations work: The Assistant will be responsible for performing general operational work as per instructions. This may include data entry, record keeping, and filing.
Social media and graphic work: The Assistant will be responsible for general graphic work and social media add posting as per instruction.
Workflow monitoring: The Assistant will be responsible for monitoring the workflow and ensuring that tasks are being completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
Education: Graduation is required for this position.
Computer skills: The Assistant must have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Communication skills: The Assistant must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Organizational skills: The Assistant must be highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail: The Assistant must have strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records.
